Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?

Within the EU, standard delivery takes 2–4 working days. To the US, 4–7 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over €49 / $49. Below that, the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your address — no surprises added later.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship across the European Union and to the United States. If your country is not available at checkout, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

When is my order dispatched?

Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are free.

When will I get my money back?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the return reaching us. We will email you the moment it is processed.

How do I start a return?

Simply reply to your order confirmation email, or write to info@babyluxetoys.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions.

Products & safety

Are your products safe?

Yes. Every product carries CE compliance and toys meet the EN71 standard. We review the certificates before a product is ever listed, and if a supplier cannot provide them, we do not sell the item.

What materials do you use?

We choose organic cotton and OEKO-TEX certified fabrics wherever they are available, food-grade silicone for feeding products, and untreated or water-based-finished wood for toys.

How do I choose the right age or size?

Each product page lists the recommended age range and sizing. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us — we would rather help you choose correctly than process a return.

How should I care for the items?

Care instructions are on every product page and on the label. As a rule: wash clothing cold at 30°, inside out, and tumble dry low.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed over an encrypted SSL connection by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.

In which currency am I charged?

Prices are shown in euros (€). Depending on your location, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes it faster next time and lets you follow your orders.
